Returns & Exchanges

At Chicme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Chicme account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
